THE VENUE is an event rental space located on the main floor of the McLean Block with the capacity to host 100 guests seated and 200 cocktail style.

THE VENUE features 3000 sqft of floor space including a beverage lounge, a catering service kitchen, a mezzanine dressing room, a coatroom, and an open area with horsehair supported hardwood floor that is meant for dancing.

THE VENUE delivers unparalleled elegance and convenience with basic amenities at transparent prices.

  • 4:00 p.m Friday through to 4:00 p.m Sunday

    $4600 + $300 cleaning fee + gst

    ($1000 damage deposit)

    This 48-hour booking window offers time for a rehearsal and decorating the evening before your wedding. On the day, there is ample time to transition the space as needed. This also provides time for a relaxed gift opening, breakfast, and cleanup the following day, ensuring everything flows smoothly from start to finish.

  • 5:00 p.m - 1:00 a.m

    Friday or Saturday $1500 + $150 cleaning fee + gst

    ($1000 damage deposit)

    Sunday to Thursday $1000 + $150 cleaning fee + gst

    ($1000 damage deposit)

  • 7:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m

    Saturday or Sunday $800 + $150 cleaning fee + gst

    ($500 damage deposit)

    Monday to Friday $500 + $150 cleaning fee + gst

    ($500 damage deposit)

  • If your event idea, budget or timeline does not fit into any of our standard offerings; if you are an organization planning multiple events throughout the year; if you only need the space for a few hours; or if your group is less than twenty people - reach out with your ask!
